** FORKLIFT DRIVER & PAINT LINE HELPER (2nd shift Monday-Thursday)****Job Category****:** Paintline **Requisition Number****:** FORKL001235 Showing 1 location **Job Details****Description****FORKLIFT DRIVER & PAINT LINE HELPER (2nd shift Monday-Thursday)****Wage: $16 - 20 / hour (based on experience)**SCHEDULE:* **4-Day WORKWEEK!*** **3-Day Weekend!*** 10-Hour Shifts* Monday-Thursday* Voluntary Overtime* Night ShiftBENEFITS:* 401 (k) with match* Paid Time Off within your first year of employment* FREE & PPO Health Insurance options* Health / Flexible Savings Account* Life Insurance* Dental/Vision* Paid HolidaysWe're looking for a candidate with forklift driving and manufacturing experience!**JOB PURPOSE:**Responsible for inspecting, taking off and packaging finished painted parts and other paint line assembly functions.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Removes finished painted parts from the paint line in a manner that does not cause a stoppage of the line* Inspect painted parts according to customer specifications* Separate rejected parts from accepted parts; touch up rework parts or send to rework area* Maintain accurate count of parts for proper shipment and to maintain proper inventory levels* Assemble boxes, skids or baskets in which to place finished painted parts prior to takeoff* Package parts according to customer specifications* Record production data on various kinds of forms and documents including run sheets, packets and inventory tickets* Perform adhesion tests and take mil reading; maintain records as needed* Remove maskings from finished painted parts and inspect for proper placement and location* Band and shrink wrap skids when needed* Make packaging set up sheets* Train operators*An individual in this position must be able to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities listed above.
