Our mission:We unite for Idahos youth by providing accessible programs and services that nurture hope, healing, and resilience.Must Haves:* Be at least 16 years of age* Be able to work with little supervisionOur Dock Workers:* Represent the Idaho Youth Ranch to donors and visitors* Load and unload distribution trucks* Place donated product in designated areas* Have a safety mindsetAs a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, the Idaho Youth Ranch is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program.
