Valid Class A or B California Commercial Driver License with both "P" and "S" endorsements;Valid California Special Driver Certificate for School Bus;Valid Medical Examiner's Certificate, CPR and First Aid Certificate;Must provide current copies of your DMV print-out and your T-01 & T-02 Training Certificates;Must submit to pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and participate in a random drug/alcohol testing pool.Must maintain insurability.Must be able to provide your own reliable transportation to work sites within Kings County.

Before an applicant can be considered, they must:1. Be fingerprinted at the Kings County Office of Education for a background clearance from the Department of Justice and the FBI, the $63.00 fee is paid by the applicant in cash, money order or cashier's check at the time you are fingerprinted. (the Classified Substitute Live Scan Worksheet is available under the "Links Related to This Job," please bring this form, the payment, and a valid ID to your fingerprint appointment.)2. Attend a New Hire Orientation at the Kings County Office of Education.3. Provide a current TB clearance (form available under "Links Related to This Job" - School Staff/Volunteer: Tuberculosis Risk Assessment).
