We are seeking a talented Commission Analyst to join our team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our sales representatives are compensated accurately and on time. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of Excel and accounting principles and will be detail-oriented.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $50,000 to $55,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare commission calculations for sales representatives – Excel/PDF (data entry).
Prepare monthly commission reports for Programs.
Answer/Research commission inbox emails and phone requests.
Assist with commission prep-list and commission cycle close for multiple entities.
Make outbound calls to fund companies and research open items.
Work closely with fund companies to be set up for electronical funding & statement reconciliation.
Back-up for filing, DTCC, data entry.
Support accounting audits as needed to pull requested documentation.
Fix errors from direct business files.
Research accounts in database (Unio) and apply information into company system (Xtiva)
Requirements:
Equivalent combination of education and experience; Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or 1+ years related experience and/or training. Commission/Accounting knowledge preferred.
Intermediate to Advanced Excel and Word experience required, including pivot-tables, macros, vlookup, formulas, etc. Window applications such as Window Explorer, MS Word and Internet Explorer experience is required. 10-key and knowledge of SAGE/AccPac preferred.
Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills, including analyzing data
Must be able to work well in a team environment.
Must have good organizational, time management and effective communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines with multiple project deliverables and a motivated self-starter.
