The primary focus of each GCT employee is taking the stress of travel away from our clients and providing them with safety and security as we pay attention to every detail, no matter how large or small the job is.
POSITION SUMMARYK==
It is the primary responsibility of the Chauffeur to provide courteous & professional services to our clients. All duties are to be performed in accordance with company policies, practices and procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Safety
Provide safe, reliable and punctual transportation to every client, on every tripMaintain clean and safe vehicle between runsMaintain a clean MVR & backgroundMaintain an up to date MedCard on you at all times if driving DOT regulated vehiclesComplete pre trip and post trip inspectionsCommunication
Communications with dispatch for all needsConversations with clients is kept to a minimum unless engaged by client and relating all requests to dispatchFamiliarity with popular locations to provide recommendations to clients when promptedOperations
Consistent punctualityClear and consistent communicationResearch trip information prior to scheduled tripProvide services in accordance with training and specificationsFuel VehiclesOperate company used software and apps efficientlyCustomer Service
Anticipating and understanding customer needs & deliver the expected outcomes when allowedIntegrity

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferredExperience: 1-3 years related experience preferredExperience: 1-3 years customer service experience preferred
