Checks goods received and for distribution against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of goods and rejects unsatisfactory items. Packages and prepares products and merchandise for final shipment and posts weights and shipping charges. Lifts heavy items. Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped. Reviews customer orders, examines, stocks, and distributes merchandise, products and materials in inventory warehouses, distribution centers or manufacturing lines.COME ON BOARD THE GOGO BUSINESS AVIATION MATERIAL HANDLING & LOGISTICS TEAM!* Must be willing to be work some weekends and holidays (as needed, on rotation)* Ability to bend, lift up to 50 pounds, twist, turn and crawl in/out of tight spaces and ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time. Will be working in office, lab and manufacturing environments* Assist with maintaining AS9100 requirements and certification* Assist with physical inventory requirements, and perform cycle counts as required* Ensures material movement transactions are completed correctly to maintain inventory accuracy**Receiving*** Daily processing of material receipts to ensure POs/receivers are accurate* Deliver incoming material to the proper recipient in a timely manner* Process RMA material to ensure that these materials are handled in a timely and correct manner to ensure customer requirements and Failure Analysis requirements are met**Shipping*** Ensure daily shipments of all products are processed in a timely manner to assure on-time-shipments and the processed orders are correct and complete* Shipping of product to both Domestic and International Customers using UPS, FedEx and other carriers as required* Prepares finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, and packing product**Kitting*** Process completed racks from production and incoming inspection placing material in correct locations/bins* Pull production orders (kits) per daily priority list* Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory**MRB*** Process non conformances from production and incoming inspection placing material in correct locations/bins* Process rework orders as needed* Pull transfer orders and purchase return orders accurately and in a timely manner* Work with multiple departments to manage MRB inventory levels and keep inventory moving through the process**Qualifications*** 0-1 year of related experience* High school diploma or equivalent work experience* Familiar with **ISO9000/9001 (AS9100 preferred)** requirements* **4-6 months contract with the opportunity to become a full time employee!*** **Monday through Friday day shift****Required Skills, Talents & Experience*** Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks* Proficient computer skills with office software applications* Relates well with other people and serves well as a team member* Demonstrates solid verbal and written communication skills.
