Position: Studio Manager
KLW Fitness, a large multi-unit franchisee of BODY20 in Metro Atlanta, is currently seeking a top-tier leader for the position of Studio Manager (SM) for one of its boutique fitness studios. As an integral part of the leadership team, the Studio Manager will directly oversee the daily business operations, sales, profitability, and staff development while delivering brand consistency and superior customer service.

The Studio Manager works directly with Franchisee in support of studio operations and profitabilityProvide leadership through assisting with the ongoing development, training and support of the Sales Team and CoachesResponsible for achieving top-tier performance metrics including but not limited to revenue, inventory, payroll, cost controls and facilities maintenanceAttend all directed monthly meetings and listen to all Corporate WebinarsEnsure necessary staffing levels to satisfy studio demand while remaining within the studio budgetHost weekly staff meetings as well as 1-on-1 monthly meetings with each Sales Associate and CoachEnsure that all front desk procedures are followed such as proper Member Check-In, Telephone Inquiries (general and sales related), Past Due Account Procedures, Customer Care calls, etc.Plan and promote special events for the studio monthlyResponsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, maintained and operationally soundQualifications
Thick skin and high emotional intelligenceRelentless will to succeed1-3 years of Customer Service experience with proven results3-5 years of senior Sales experience in retail, box gym or boutique fitness segmentsBachelor's degree in business or a related field3+ years of general management experienceMinimum experience operating businesses annual revenue of $500,000 or higherCompensation: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
