Responsibilities include:
Leading a team of drivers to perform daily tasksAssist team members to improve in necessary areasOnboard new team members and provide supportConduct morning team preparation, including pouch/vehicle distribution, pouch/ vehicle inspectionsProvide support for any app issuesAssist team members throughout the day with any questionsAdvise team members of work standards for operational and administrative tasksPerform personal DA delivery responsibilities in an exemplary fashion/lead by exampleBe the liaison between the management and your teamPromote company culture and visionDemonstrate resourcefulness and quick thinking by producing solutions to any operational issues that may ariseDebrief your team at end of day and communicate any issues to the management teamKey Qualifications:
Exemplary communication skillsDOT certification that is completed or in progress (must be completed within two weeks)Leadership qualities and capabilitiesAble to lead by exampleAble to promote accountabilityTeam first attitudeCritical thinking skillsSufficient emotional intelligencePersonal drive for self and team growthJob Requirements:
A current and valid driver's license.Reliable transportation to warehouse location.Must be at least 21Must be able to lift up to 50 poundsMust be able to get in and out of a van throughout the dayLoves to drive and is passionate about customer serviceCommercial (or work-related) driving experience is a plus
