TOW OPERATOR JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Tow Operations Supervisor - Tow Truck Operator has critical responsibilities for safely and efficiently removing unauthorized or illegally parked vehicles from private property and delivered them to designated impound facilities in a timely manner and in accordance with all applicable regulations, laws, and policies.

Another critical function of this role is to create and maintain the Wyatts experience for our customers, regulators, teammates, and business partners. Therefore, tow truck operators must act in accordance with our Core Values at all times and in all situations with a positive attitude.

The following key accountabilities ensure the critical success of this position:

5% Learn and adhere to all safety policies, regulatory requirements, and company guidelines at all times.

Ensure that all towing is done with no distractions by following all speed limits, traffic laws, and company policies and guidelines. Operate towing equipment in a safe and responsible manner 100% of the time. Fully understand all applicable state and local PPI Towing laws and regulations to ensure compliance at all times. Adhere to all regulations and company guidelines at all times.

40% Expertly utilize Omadi software to maximize the number of tows by locating, initiating, and completing tows and accurately recording the location and condition of towed vehicles.

Promptly respond to towing requests in Omadi. Expertly utilize Omadi to identify available towing locations ("accounts"). Adhere to all property rules and regulations. Utilize Omadi to log pre-tow pictures, violations, and other required information prior to and during towing operations. Utilize Omadi to submit fuel expense reports, incident reports, and other required reports as per company policies. q 15% Be a positive team member. Clearly and effectively communicate with all stakeholders in person, by telephone, or through radio communications in order to maximize the number of tows. Mentor, train, and assist teammates in order to maximize tows and safety. Interact with all vehicle owners, business partners, teammates, and the local community in a professional manner and in accordance with company pol Utilize appropriate techniques and communication skills with whoever you interact with while towing the vehicles. Complete your tow while avoiding or deescalating confrontations with vehicle owners or any of their representatives. Ability to safely multitask while interacting on the phone or other electronic devices. Provide information on new account "leads" to company sales staff Recruit additional Tow Truck Operators and other staff to assist with growth.

40% Become an expert in the safe operation of a tow truck and related equipment Master the physical operation of a tow truck lift to ensure safe operation and avoid damage to vehicles. Become an expert at towing techniques and best practices based on make, model, and condition. Learn to safely utilize tow dollies, straps, skates and/or go-jacks, tow lights, and other equipment as per company policies; to prevent damage to vehicles and to maximize safety Expertly operate your tow truck on public and private roads in accordance with laws and regulations in order to maximize the safety of the local community, yourself, and your teammates. Maintain tow truck and related equipment by ensuring cleanliness and up-to-date preventative maintenance

Inspect and check the tow truck thoroughly before and after every shift to ensure excellent working conditions and cleanliness as per company rules and policies. Report any mechanical or safety issues immediately as per company rules and policies.

of traffic/safety violations (minimize)

of "Tow Operator Mistakes" and damage claims (minimize)

Vehicle maintenance and reporting (goal 100% - every day without fail)
