CDL training provided by the District
Competitive wage: \$23.05/hour
Flexible Shifts (between 6:30 8:30 a.m. and/or 2:30 5:30 p.m.)
Summer and Holidays off
Bus drivers for the Moscow School District must have the following qualifications:
1. Must meet acceptable motor vehicle records review criteria.
2. Be able to qualify for a Class B Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with school bus (S)
and passenger (P) endorsements, and no air brake restriction within 2 weeks of hire.
Moscow School District will train for licensing.
Applicants are encouraged to first call the Transportation Supervisor, Greg Harris or the
Dispatcher, Jim Shook, to discuss the various driver positions. They can be reached by calling

All drivers subject to CDL requirements are also required to participate in a controlled-substance and alcohol-
testing program. These requirements include random, reasonable suspicion, post accident, return-to-duty, and
follow-up testing for controlled substances and alcohol. Pre-employment controlled substance testing is also
required. If hired, a D.O.T. physical is required. A criminal history check including fingerprinting is also required
at the employees expense.
