you will: (responsibilities)Assist customers in the selection of loan product and securing loan approvalOriginate loans to company policies, procedures, and HUD/FNMA/FHLMC/VA guidelinesReview files for compliance and qualityPrepare and distributes all Federal and State disclosures for product selectedRespond to all customer inquiries to ensure exceptional customer serviceMaintain strong business relationships with division employeesAttend builder backlog meetings and provide loan status informationYou are willing to perform other duties as assignedWhat you will need: (competencies, behaviors & attributes)Business Process OrientedCommunicationCustomer FocusEthics & IntegrityProblem SolvingAbout you:2+ years of mortgage lending experience in current lending environmentMaintain a current Residential Mortgage Loan Originator state licenseHigh School Diploma or equivalentApplicants must have knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA/USDA guidelinesOral and written communication skills with the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and conduct business in a professional manner requiredFLSA Status: Non-ExemptWill have responsibilities such as:This position is considered a non-exempt position for purposes of wage-hour law, which means that you will be required to keep a time record and will be eligible for overtime pay.Essential Functions:Successful job applicants will be able to perform these functions.
