Job Summary
Under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent of Student Services, the Program Coordinator II for Community Schools Support is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and implementing technical assistance services to the California Community Schools Partnership Program (CCSPP), Regional Technical Assistance Center Central Coast Region (RTAC); providing individual or group consultation to grantees, sites and community-based sub-contracted partners; providing training and other presentations regarding the implementation of the Community Schools strategy based on the stateCCSPP Framework; identifying and brokering needs driven state and local resources for grantees; assisting with program review, evaluation, and improvement.
Requirements / Qualifications
Education and Experience:- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in sociology, education, public health, or related field- Five (5) years of combined professional experience working in any of the following: with youth or adults in a community development role, teaching, school administration, non-profitmanagement, social services, consulting, or staff development- Record of successful accomplishment in educational, social service, or non-governmental agency large-scale projects involving collaboration and delivery of staff development
Licenses and Certifications:- California Driver's License with evidence of insurability

Desirable Qualifications:- Master's degree in a relevant field- Experience in a public education environment- Knowledge of grant writing/application development process- Bilingual/Biliterate in Spanish
