The

Business Development Director

provides and implements comprehensive sales and marketing plans that generate new revenue through referrals that convert to move-ins and enhance the positive image of the community and the Kisco brand in the surrounding community.What will I do every day?Create and expand existing relational channelsGenerate community referrals to meet sales targetsDevelop networking plans in partnership with the Sales and Home Office Marketing Team to identify and prioritize targeted professionals and other influencersMaintain Kisco CRM database of influencer contactsAttend various industry and local community networking meetingsCreate, implement and effectively manage the “Business Development” plan and budgetAssist with special marketing eventsCover the sales office as neededWhat will I need to be successful in this role?Be a progressive and creative thinkerBachelor’s DegreeTwo or more years of business development experience preferably in the local communitySales experience a plusKnowledge of community influencers and service-oriented groupsPrevious experience working with seniors is a plusStrong communication skillsWhat’s in it for me?
