Program Analyst
VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is currently seeking a Program Analyst in San Diego, CA.
Position Requirements
Support the update/maintenance of current tactics documentation and the creation of new tactics documentation for current and emerging/future Mine Warfare Systems.
Assist in writing, editing/formatting, analysis of documents
Support development and execution of analyses in support of tactics development for SMCM, AMCM, UMCM, and IMCM systems and related operational platforms; current/future sensor technologies; and current/future operating environments.
Conduct research on current and emerging Mine warfare systems and related emerging technologies. Assess impacts on Mine Warfare scenarios.
Position Qualifications
High School degree or equivalent (required); Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Experience supporting US Navy programs as a sailor or program analyst
Experience 3 years (required), with five or more years preferred.
Experience writing, editing and maintaining US Navy Training Program Documentation
Knowledge and familiarity with Airborne Mine Countermeasures (AMCM), Underwater Mine Countermeasures (UMCM), Surface Mine Countermeasures (SMCM), and / or Integrated Mine Countermeasures (IMCM) MIW systems.
Applicants selected for this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Only US citizens are eligible for a security clearance. For this position, VISTA will consider only applicants with security clearances or applicants who are eligible for security clearances.
