We're currently looking for an excited and talented Sales Account Manager to help us push our organization forward by helping us in the following areas:

JOB DUTIES:

Responsible for all account management, customer quotations and business development activities related to electronics product development and manufacturing service to tier-1 North American based automotive customers.

Responsibilities include:

Develops and implements sales strategies in accordance with company's product line and manufacturing service strategiesAchieves valued business opportunities for continued revenue & profit growthManages all aspects of sales reporting for the accounts. Includes regular report outs on activities, customer meetings, sales forecasts, sales variances and long-range planningProactively assesses customer needs, trends and risks which could affect business development / strategy.Supports current year profitability goals, and implementation of new project goals until start of production by supervision and support to Program ManagementMaintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standardsLeads the quotation (CQA) processes and applies transversal management of all involved departments in order to secure competitive and on-time outputsSecures contract checking and contract management processesEmpowers all concerned resources through transversal management with the necessary authority to get objectives accomplishedLeads solution development efforts that best address customer needs and/or company's requirements and coordinates all necessary company departments and personnelImprove customer relationships by establishing and maintaining close contact with key personnel within purchasing and engineering departmentsReports to the Director of Sales

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Required Knowledge and Skill Sets:

Strong MS Excel & MS PowerPoint skill setsPrice Negotiation skills and experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and data management skillsUnderstanding of technical specifications and manufacturingExperience in automotive components manufacturing and processesExperience of automotive HMI products would be a plusLeadership, pro-activity, problem solving and analytical thinkingReadiness for travelling at necessary extends to secure achievement of all responsibilities.

Experience:

At least 5 years of experience in a similar sales position at Tier 1 supplier or OEM

Education:

Minimum Bachelor's degree related to technical or business areasEnglish speaking is mandatory, Spanish and Mandarin speaking is preferred
