Level II Reactive Services Support TechnicianWe are looking to fill this role in Tucson, AZ as an addition to our Services Team.
Your day to day
Troubleshoot various client issues via remote support technologiesProject planning, coordination and vendor managementConfigure and troubleshoot Office applications (all versions)Configure and troubleshoot VMWare host serversInstall, Configure, manage and troubleshoot Active Directory, to include users, groups and OU'sTroubleshoot Firewall, Switches, VPN connections, and other network equipmentTroubleshoot Wireless Access Points and wireless client connectionsConfigure and troubleshoot Windows 7, 8/8.1, 10, 11Configure and troubleshoot Windows Servers (all versions)Configure and troubleshoot server services such as: DNS, DHCP, DFS, IIS, ISA, ISS, etc.Configure and troubleshoot digital certificate implementationsAdditional requirements that are not necessarily technical in nature include:Manage, track, and enter documentation for scheduled tickets in the queueDocument all activities related to tickets and any non-client related workConfigure and troubleshoot various medical and dental software and hardware systemsProvide support and perform activities relating to current or upcoming projectsFulfill weekend monitoring, after hours support or other activities as neededAble to perform complex tasks and projects with little direct supervision
Your experience
Multi-tasking, attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a love for IT work are absolute requirements for this position.Ability to handle diverse situations on a daily basis is required, as is the flexibility to work extended hours as needed.This position requires technical skills, people skills, and an ability to track multiple tasks and client activities simultaneously.
