The Role

As a DEI Recruiting Program Manager, you will be an integral part of the long-term growth and success of Proofpoint. You will lead and create inclusive hiring strategies, identify, develop, and nurture relationships with prospective talent, manage existing external diverse partners, and develop relationships with new partners to develop and maintain diverse candidate pipelines.Your day-to-day

Partner with recruiting and executive leaders to develop data-driven approaches to attracting diverse talentServe as subject matter expert to the recruiting team, hiring managers, and senior leaders on integrating inclusive hiring practices into our recruiting operations.Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on strategies that identify and engage diverse talentRepresent DEI initiatives internally and externally by building impactful relationships.Source and engage diverse candidates through proactive outreach, networking, partnerships with diversity organizations, and participation in diversity-focused events and job fairs.Collaborate with HR and talent acquisition teams to ensure diversity goals are integrated into recruitment strategies, processes, and metrics.Develop and deliver training programs for hiring managers and recruitment teams on unconscious bias, inclusive hiring practices, and cultural competence.Develop and maintain a framework to track and analyze initiatives related to employee demographic groups and determine future trends.Research industry trends and benchmarks across the changing DEI recruiting landscape and present.Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR roles with a focus on diversity recruiting and DEI initiatives.Experience developing employee programs, managing multiple concurrent projects, and working in a highly collaborative environment.Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; Or equivalent experienceProven track record of successfully developing and implementing diversity recruitment strategies in a corporate or organizational setting.Strong knowledge of best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion, particularly related to talent acquisition and recruitment.Experience utilizing diverse sourcing strategies, tools, and platforms to attract and engage diverse talent.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to measure and drive diversity recruiting outcomes.Passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.Why Proofpoint

The range provided may represent a candidate range and may not reflect the full range for an individual tenured employee. This role may be eligible for variable pay and/or equity. Base Pay Range: 128,940.00 - 202,620.00 USDCalifornia (excludes SF Bay Area), Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Washington DC Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, Washington, Virginia, and Alaska:

Base Pay Range: 106,750.00 - 167,750.00 USDAll other cities and states excluding those listed above:

Base Pay Range: 96,320.00 - 151,360.00 USD
