AXL Global Consulting is looking for experienced individuals to join our Dayforce Human Capital/Workforce Management consulting team. As an HCM/WFM Change Manager, you will be responsible for assisting clients with the organizational readiness for their new system implementation. You must demonstrate strong client management and change management skills while executing the implementation initiatives that solve real business problems.AXL hires people with a broad set of skills who are ready to tackle some of the industry’s greatest challenges. You should have a technical mindset and be comfortable problem solving with multiple systems. This is a functional consulting position; however knowledge of the technical aspects of software implementations such as System Integration or Report Writing is a big plus.Ideal candidates are fast learners and great communicators who can support the needs of our organization, your clients, and our partners. You must be resourceful and possess outstanding customer service and strong analytical skills.Responsibilities:
Coordinate the day-to-day communication, training, and stakeholder management activitiesWork with the client to understand and document current and future processesCreate customized communication and training materials for varied stakeholder groupsLeverage change management best practices and tools to help clients achieve their key success metricsManage and resolve client issuesFacilitate trainingSupport the needs of multiple projects simultaneouslyRequirements:
Minimum of 3 years experience working in a Communications, Training, or Change Management roleMinimum of 2 years System Implementation or related experienceChange Management Certification or Accreditation PROSCI/IMA strongly preferred.Creative problem solving and sound business judgmentStrong analytical, communication, and documentation skillsExperience working independently without daily supervisionAbility to multitask between different projects and clientsClient management experience requiredExperience with WFM systems (Kronos, Workbrain, Red Prairie, Dayforce, Novatime, etc.) required. Dayforce strongly preferred.Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems (PeopleSoft, SAP, ADP, Dayforce, Lawson, UltiPro, etc.) preferredDemonstrated experience with HCM/WFM solution concepts such as Time & Attendance, Entitlements, Accruals, Leave Management, Employee Scheduling, Attendance Management, Pay Rules and BenefitsUS or Canada - remoteBenefits:
