We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Growth Engineering team. As a Senior TPM, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic initiatives that fuel our growth and enhance our engineering capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, design, marketing, analytics and data science, to deliver high-impact programs on time and within scope. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth engineering operations, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of operational excellence through continuous improvement.You'll report directly to the VP of Growth Engineering and work closely with other senior leaders and stakeholders to understand our roadmaps, priorities, and architecture to facilitate alignment, leveraging your technical skills to move quickly, efficiently, and decisively to connect the dots and help our team deliver.You Will:

Drive the execution and delivery of multiple complex technical programs, strategic growth initiatives, and operational strategies that increase efficiency and productivityDevelop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategiesTrack and manage project risks, dependencies, status, and deliverable timelinesEnsure robust quality assurance and release management processes are in placeLead planning, prioritization, and status meetings with stakeholders at a regular cadenceFacilitate effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders to drive project successDrive continuous process improvements and best practices to create robust, predictable, and effective product deliveryEstablish mechanisms to optimize team effectivenessIdentify potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategiesIdentify impediments the team experiences and work with stakeholders to address themEstablish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and impactProvide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on program status, progress, and outcomesOwn the communication and alignment of release datesCollaborate with other technical program managers to highlight dependencies with different domainsMentor and guide junior program managers and team members, fostering their professional developmentYou Have:

Have 8+ years in technical program management, preferably in a growth-focused engineering environmentProven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex technical programsExcellent project management skills, with proficiency in agile, scrum and lean developmentAbility to dive deep into technical details and understand complex systems to drive effective decision-makingStrong understanding of engineering operations, including process optimization and best practicesStrong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate cross-functional teamsAbility to influence without authorityExcellent skills in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risksStrong sense of ownershipTeam player, collaborative, and positive attitudeScrappiness & bias towards actionExceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsExcellent writing, oral, and presentation skillsExperience with data-driven decision-making and metrics-driven program managementOur Benefits (there are more but here are some highlights):
