It fuels our passion and drives every decision we make.Job Posting TitleTreasury Director - RemoteJob DescriptionThe Director of Treasury is responsible for contributing to the development and execution of department strategy, and the management of day-to-day operations, working cross functionally with the organization to effectively manage corporate liquidity, including advancement of cash flow forecasting methodology, investment portfolio selection and performance, and debt administration, and claim payment process, including applying regulatory requirements for pharmacy and member payments. This role is responsible for providing strategic guidance and leadership to the Treasury team and working collaboratively with all business units.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, manage, and advance the complex process to prepare company cash flow forecast and other needed analysis, including reviewing detailed variance analysis and explanationsOversee regulatory requirements for claim payments, including applying prompt pay and unclaimed property.Manage the selection, negotiation and monitoring of investment alternatives using market data, broker relationships and corporate liquidity needs and make recommendations to Senior and Executive LeadershipOversee debt reporting, debt repayments, covenant compliance, and forecasting of repayment schedule and related interest costsServe as a strategic partner to business to cultivate, develop and manage external banking, and investment partnersCultivate, develop, and manage internal business relationships across the organization; establish a reputation as a reliable subject matter expert and trusted advisorIdentify, manage, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the Treasury department and other related divisionsMentor, coach and develop Treasury team, providing both strategic oversight and day to day guidance to drive exceptional results; demonstrate professionalism and strategic thoughtOther duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High School Diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED is required8 years of work experience in Treasury, Accounting, Finance or related position5 years of leadership/people management experienceMust be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorshipAdditional QualificationsSuperior oral and written communication and critical thinking skillsDemonstrated skills in developing and managing external and internal business partnershipsAbility to provide strategic guidance and strong leadership to team and other relevant business unitsAbility to gain the respect and trust of the company’s senior management, constituents, team members and work with all levels of the organizationDemonstrated analytical, finance, accounting, liquidity management and investment management skillsAdvanced proficiency with MS Excel, Word, Access and PowerPointPreferred QualificationsMBA, CTP, CPA or CMAMinimum Physical Job RequirementsConstantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hearFrequently required to reach with hands and armsOccasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouchOccasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 poundsSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focusReporting StructureReports to an Assistant Vice President in the in the Finance departmentPotential pay for this position ranges from $125,200.00 - $200,000.00 based on experience and skills.
