The Logic team is seeking a highly experienced Engineering Manager to manage a portfolio of dynamic, impactful products and user experiences. Leading our Logic team, you'll own Retool’s logic layer from the building experience to the efficient, fast, and reliable execution of customer’s queries and code.
The Logic team’s work spans the stack, and across product lines. The team is responsible for the user experience of writing business logic in Retool’s flagship web application builder, bootstrapping and expanding new product lines related to business logic like Retool Workflows, enabling the reuse of logic across the platform, as well as the distributed infrastructure required to connect to our customer’s data sources in a scalable, secure, and performant ways.

This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Retool and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors such as (but not limited to), scope and responsibilities, the candidate’s experience and qualifications, and location.
Additional compensation in the form(s) of equity, and/or commission/bonuses are dependent on the position offered. Retool provides a comprehensive benefit plan, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Pay and benefits are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefit plans.San Francisco
