Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful execution of high-end custom home construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury home building, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of custom home construction projects from pre-construction through completion, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.Collaborate with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals and specifications are met.Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and delivery of materials and services.Manage project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety and building codes.Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, changes, and any potential risks or delays.Coordinate inspections, permits, and approvals necessary for project completion.Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.Proven experience as a Project Manager in high-end custom home construction, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
