This Opportunity

FPA is currently searching for a full-time Project Manager.FPA's Delaware Waterfront office is located on the Camden, NJ side of the river. We are seeking a Project Manager who loves construction. The Professional will be exposed to a vast array of Civil Engineering and Construction projects, both in the field and office. Construction projects will be related to bridges, roadways, geotechnical, and other infrastructure but exposure to all disciplines of Civil Engineering should be expected. The candidate will report to our Camden, NJ office, which offers secured parking onsite for all staff.

Core Responsibilities

Process all projects related Pay Estimates, Submittals, Shop Drawings, RFI's, and Change Orders.Manage multiple transportation related construction projects at once.Review, track, and markup Construction Shedules.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.Chair meetings.Interface with clients and contractors.Required Qualifications

Bachelors in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, and/or Construction/Engineering related field.Professional Engineering (PE) LicenseMinimum of eight (8) years of construction related experience and two(2) years of Project Management experience.Experience performing construction inspection on Civil Engineering projects.Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office preferred but not required.Candidate should be motivated, organized, and willing to work in the office and field.Compensation and Benefits
