Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and motivated Front End Loader Operators to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a desire to be an integral part of an effective team. This position involves operating a front end loader in high-traffic areas with blind corners and tight lanes, maintaining loader operations through regular inspections, and supplying up to 3,000 tons of material per week.Shifts Available:
Day Shift:
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 4:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Wednesday 4:00 AM - 10:00 AM.Night Shift:
7:00 PM to finish (8-10 hour shifts) Monday - Friday, rotating Saturdays required.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate a Front End Loader and other equipment used in handling clay material.Navigate high-traffic areas with blind corners and tight lanes safely and efficiently.Perform general utility work as needed.Conduct regular maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper operation.Supply up to 3,000 tons of material per week.Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required PPE (personal protection equipment) provided by the company.Skills and Experience Required:
Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a front end loader.Experience working in a non-climate-controlled production environment.Ability to stand and walk up to 2 miles.Ability to lift up to 25 pounds of force in sweeping and shoveling tasks.Strong integrity and ability to work effectively in a team.Self-motivated with a flexible and adaptable attitude.Competencies Required for Success:
