United Solar, a leading solar energy company, is seeking a driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Outside Sales Representatives, canvassing neighborhoods, approaching residential / commercial property owners, conveying utility overpayment reduction, driving sales growth, and expanding our market presence in the region.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.Lead, train, and motivate a team of Outside Sales Representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.Manage and monitor sales performance, providing guidance and support to the team as needed.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our customer base.Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape, making recommendations for improvements and growth.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to drive revenue growth and customer success.Requirements
2+ years sales manager or similar role in the solar energy industry.Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with a track record of building and managing successful sales teams.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, with a focus on driving results.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Ability to travel within the region as needed.
