Pay Rate : $20.50 /hr. Pay Details - wage increase at 7 months and 13 months
Work environment : Bright, clean, climate-controlled environment with a new breakroom and cafeteria.
Job Description : The team lead will need to work well on a team, provide leadership and motivate others in a fast-paced environment, while also being knowledgeable in regard to SQF, GMP, and HACCP standards, as well as general food safety and quality guidelines. Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Supervise staff up to 50 employees to efficiently package cookies, goldfish within company provided guidelines and timelines.Provide training and motivation to ensure production goals are met on a daily basis.Subordinate to the shift supervisor and perform other duties assigned.Requirements :
Strong leadership, motivation, and training skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while still maintaining accuracy and organizationStrong problem-solving skillsBasic math skillsNeat and legible handwritingComply with SQF, GMP, HACCP, and food safety guidelinesOversee and guide up to 50 employeesParticipate in company meetings as neededAbility to plan, organize, and effectively manage peoplePreferred computer skills- Excel/ Word/ SAPDependability with a strong work ethic
