Business Development Director

Purpose of the role We are looking for a Business Development Director who will be part of the Business Development Office Organization. <> Please ensure you include at least the following: Daily tasks Projecttasks Asthe Business Development Director, you will be at the forefront of identifyingand capitalizing on new business opportunities, strategically building andmanaging relationships with diverse stakeholders, and actively contributing tothe expansion of our company's profile and influence in the healthcare sector. Yourresponsibilities include tracking emerging markets and trends, providingvaluable insights for strategic decision-making, and fostering anentrepreneurial growth culture across teams and functions. Asthe Business Development Director, you will be instrumental in recommending newservices, proposing and developing strategic partnerships, and identifyingsponsorship opportunities, including engagement with non-profit organizations. Specialistis the key player in attracting and hiring top talent to support our developingteam and collaborates with hiring managers to understand their talent needs,develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless experience forcandidates and internal stakeholders in the process.
