Position: Executive AssistantEmployment: Full TimeLocation: Atlanta GAThe Executive Assistant is a dynamic role, where you will serve as the right-hand person to the CEO, ensuring smooth operations and representing both the CEO and the company in various capacities.Your responsibilities include managing logistics for the CEO, from scheduling meetings to coordinating travel arrangements and overseeing administrative tasks. Additionally, you’ll step into the CEO’s shoes when necessary, representing the company during sales pitches, partnership discussions, internal meetings, and other important meetings.Your ability to multitask, communicate effectively in writing and conversationally, and embody the values, mission and vision of the company will be crucial in this role.About HCNHCN (

.ResponsibilitiesLogistics Management.

Coordinate and manage all aspects of the CEO’s schedule, including meetings, travel arrangements, and daily tasks.Executive Support.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including handling correspondence, drafting documents, and organizing files.Representation.

Stand in for the CEO in meetings, presentations, and other engagements, effectively representing HCN’s interests and values.Business Development Support.

Assist in BD/sales efforts by preparing materials pre- and post-meetings, scheduling meetings, following up with next steps, and participating in pitches and negotiations as a representative of HCN.Partnership Development.

Facilitate partnership discussions, conduct research, and coordinate follow-up activities to foster mutually beneficial relationships.Communication.
