ACS (Advanced Compute & Solutions) is seeking for a dynamic Technical Program Manager (TPM) with strong background in software development and deep understanding of Agile practices. The TPM will lead projects in our ACS Software Development team in our high growth, future-oriented businesses, including Data Science, AI and other emerging areas. This role will work with some of the most exciting up-and-coming products in HP.This position is located in Fort Collins, Colorado; or San Diego, CA; or Houston, TX.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage Software development projects while ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies. Lead cross-functional development teams through design, delivery, management, and support at multiple time zones. Develop and own user story management, schedules, quality, and critical deliverables. Identify and mitigate risks and facilitate trade-offs for the agile product development team. Communicate program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders. Collaborate with management and partners to recommend and implement changes to products, processes, and/or business practices to resolve issues and accelerate and improve results.  Drive innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects and activities.QualificationProven experience as a TPM with a focus on software development solutions and Agile methodologies (including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Safe).Lead and coach other junior TPMs.Proven success through strategic thinking, problem solving, and multi-task in a fast paced and changing environment.Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at senior management levels. Proficiency with program planning tools to create, manage, and track project results. ADO preferred (others like Jira, Trello, Asana or similar).Experience working with software product development/software engineering teams in a complex technological environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to solve complex problemsDemonstrated efficiency in tracking schedules’ risks, issues, changes, decision logs, & maintaining meeting minutesRequired Experience and EducationBS/MS in Business Management, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experienceProven experience as a TPM with focus on software development (at least 10+ years of experience)Scrum Master Certification is a plusPMI Certification is a plus Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plusHP offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:Dental insuranceDisability insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible scheduleFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insuranceOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is  137, 000.00 - 198, 650.00 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
