Identify and Develop Opportunities : Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and services.Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform business strategies.Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.Networking and Outreach : Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance our market presence and generate new leads.Proposal Development : Prepare and present compelling business proposals and presentations to potential clients.Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that support business development initiatives.Reporting : Track and report on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends to senior management.Qualifications

Education : Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the human resource services or related industry.Skills :
