As a CNA, you provide quality nursing care and promote resident rights, dignity, freedom of choice, and individuality. You also provide individualized attention and encourage residents to maintain or attain their highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

You Will:

Ensure individualized care plans are followed and provide care planning staff with specific information, changes, and observations of the residents' needs and preferencesAttend to the resident's needs, including; grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, incontinent care, toileting, colostomy care, prosthetic appliances, transferring, ambulation, range of motion, communication, in keeping with the individuals' care requirementsMaintain each resident's skin integrity to prevent pressure ulcers, skin tears, and other damage by changing incontinent residents, turning, repositioning immobile residents, and applying moisturizers to fragile skinProtect the personal belongings of each resident and promptly report missing items according to established policyTake vital signs, residents' weights, apply creams/ointments, collect specimens, lift, move, and transport residents, using proper body mechanics or lifting devices to prevent accidentsDocument care in keeping with department policiesFollow prescribed safety and infection control proceduresCommunicate and interact tactfully with the residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisorsYou Currently:

Possess a CNA certification in the state of employmentHave the ability to obtain CPR/BLS cardOur full-time Benefits:
