Duties and Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze and document requirements for system changes working closely with Product Filing & Compliance Analyst and Executive UnderwritingCommunicate requirements and respond to inquiries with the vendorAbility to review and interpret bureau and proprietary rules to ensure successful implementationIdentify, monitor and document system enhancements requestsCollaborate with IT Business Analyst for system changes and testingProvide production support to end usersInvestigate & respond to reported problemsManage issue logs and track vendor deliverables against requirementsProvide and/or assist in mapping for quote/bind/policy transaction outputDesign test plans and scenarios and execute in testing environmentsReview the quality and accuracy of vendor releases for loss cost, rule and form changes and enhancements and communicate findingsProvide sign-off for updates and enhancements to be promoted to productionVerify updates and enhancements when they are loaded to productionOutline Compliance system changes for release notes to end usersMonitor production to ensure complianceOther duties as assignedSkills/Experience Required:

Bachelor's degree preferred5+ years experience within a Property & Casualty insurance carrierProficient with Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent verbal, written and organization skills
