Nurse Practitioner
OR
Physician Assistant to:Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team.Conduct routine physical exams.Conduct focused health histories and physical exams of patients with acute and/or chronic health problems.Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic testing.Establish a working diagnosis and develop a treatment plan.Prescribe medications and/or treatment and monitor patient's response.Education :If Nurse Practitioner:
Master's or Doctorate's degree from accredited Nursing Program.If Physician Assistant:
Bachelor's or Master's degree from accredited PA Program.Work Experience :
Preferred - Two (2) years of relevant clinical experience preferred.Licenses and Certifications :Minimum - State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensureIf Nurse Practitioner*:Active RN and APRN certifications and licenses, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice ANDActive board certification as a NP in area of clinical practice. These may include the following: Adult/Gerontology Acute Care, Adult, Adult/Gerontology Primary Care, or Family.If Physician Assistant*:Active PA license, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice ANDActive PA board certification.All Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant applicants must have*: Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
