Primary Requirements:Coordinates meetings with internal and external customers,Draws out information needed to create report specifications and develops time,cost estimates Manages multiple concurrent report requests Performs quality assurance testing prior to releasing reports to production Maintains Crystal Reports Server and our standard report library.Experience with Quest Analytics Proficiency with SQL Server Proficiency in testing debugging reports.SQL statements Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely to all levelsGreat team player and enthusiasm for working with others.Knowledge of Crystal Reports 2013 or 2016 running standalone against Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databasesUniverse based; IDT based report developmentBehavioral Competencies:Excellent Communication SkillsFlexible to support in US time zoneHelp customers succeed by solving their challenging technical problems, all the way from design through to production operations.Prepare document and manage/track plans/tasks.SAP crystal report development and testing.Able to converse with client and should have flair in terms of understandingbusiness requirements.Ability to drill down into technical issues and solve complex and detailed problems.
