REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will be admitted to the patent bar and have experience with all aspects of U.S. and foreign patent prosecution and counseling related to medical devices and biomedical technologies. Prior firm experience is required. Candidates must have a technical background in biomedical, mechanical, electrical/computer engineering or equivalent discipline, with experience in preparation and prosecution of patent applications related to medical devices and diagnostics devices. Candidates must have an excellent academic record, superior organizational and communication skills (written and oral), a demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional client service and a creative and strategic approach to prosecution.
