Senior Executive Assistant to our COO
to support our mission.
This role is available to those wishing to work in our
SF office
on a hybrid work model or those wishing to be fully remote in the United States.
What you would do:
Manage calendar and events for the executives you support, through Google CalendarProactively remind the executives of their scheduled events and generally keep them on track day to day, hour to hourCoordinate off-sites and events for the teams you supportCurate or procure meeting agendas, prep materials and presentationsAttend meetings, take notes, track action itemsCollaborate with stakeholders on deliverablesBook all executive travel and prioritize interviews, speaking engagements, event requests, etc.Maintain, organize, and code receipts, expenses, and reimbursementsYou will also provide support to the [enter overall org name], as time permitsSkills you possess:
7+ years EA experience (in growth stage startups preferred)Extremely organized and detail orientedExercises sound judgment, confidentiality and professionalismMoves quickly without sacrificing efficiency or effectivenessPrioritizes shifting demands with a high degree of accuracy and consistent follow upExcellent written and verbal communication skills to help with internal communicationsAbility to:work autonomouslyproblem solvethink five steps aheadcreate structure and processesAdvanced knowledge of business-related tools including Google Suite, Slack, Notion, etc.Experience working with operations and go-to-market teams a plusAbout Patreon
