Your purpose is to identify and evaluate growth opportunities within the industry, using insights to develop new solutions or brand extensions based on customer needs.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping the event and brand strategy, engaging direct and matrix teams with the strategy and value propositionLeading collaboration across multiple teams to deliver commercial and financial goalsBuilding strong client relationships to identify unmet needs and deliver increased customer valueDeveloping industry partnerships and understanding market trends to uncover new growth opportunitiesOverseeing focus of team priorities ensuring sufficient resource in place to achieve strategic and operational goalsRequirementsDemonstrate experience in event or product management, P&L ownership and delivery of financial targetsPossess proven track record of customer focused leadership, using data and insights to develop successful products/eventsHave experience establishing strategic alliances and business communities to develop new and existing productsDemonstrate exceptional leadership and communication capabilities to foster collaboration and drive results across diverse teamsHave experience or a keen interest in technology, digital innovation and cyber security related industriesWork in a way that works for youWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
