Customer Success Manager

Base is seeking a talented Customer Success Manager to join our team. If you are a seasoned Customer Success Manager or as Customer Marketer looking to transition into a customer success role and have a passion for partnering with customers and acting as a consultant and trusted advisor, this is the opportunity for you. Please note that this is a fully hybrid position. As a global company, some work outside of regular work hours and travel from time to time may be required. Responsibilities: Build strong relationships with our customers and serve as their trusted advisor, understanding their unique business needs and goals. Provide guidance and strategic insights to customers on how to effectively leverage our platform to achieve their customer marketing objectives. Collaborate with customers to develop tailored customer marketing strategies and campaigns, offering best practices and creative solutions. Conduct regular check-ins with customers to review their progress, identify areas of improvement, and ensure they are maximizing the value of our platform. Act as a consultant to customers, providing ongoing support, training, and troubleshooting to address any challenges or technical issues they may encounter. Gather customer feedback and insights, advocating for their needs and collaborating with internal teams to drive product enhancements and improvements. Monitor customer health and proactively address any concerns or risks to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for expansion, cross-selling, and upselling to drive revenue growth. Requirements: Experience as a Customer Success Manager, Customer Marketer or similar role, with a deep understanding of customer marketing strategies, tactics, and best practices. Strong consulting and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and provide strategic guidance. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customer relationships and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with customer marketing technologies and platforms is a plus. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently, while also being a collaborative team player. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
