Job Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pega Senior System Architect with specialized expertise in the Smart Dispute Framework. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Pega applications, particularly focusing on Smart Dispute solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pega architecture, possess hands-on experience with Smart Dispute Framework development, Streamlining workflows for intake & investigation & Streamlining Consumer claims for fraud & disputes
Responsibilities :
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and design robust Pega Smart Dispute Framework solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and best practices.Take a hands-on approach to develop and implement complex Pega applications, utilizing your expertise in Smart Dispute Framework components.Customize and configure Pega applications to meet business needs, ensuring the optimal use of Smart Dispute Framework capabilities.Design and implement integrations with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.Conduct thorough testing of Pega applications to identify and address any issues, maintaining a high standard of quality and reliability.Create comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, coding standards, and architectural diagrams.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)Extensive experience in designing and implementing Pega applications, with a strong emphasis on Smart Dispute Framework development.Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor junior developers.Deep understanding of Pega RULES Process Commander (PRPC) and Smart Dispute Framework architecture.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
