Job summary:

Role is a Sr. Technical Lead that will deliver business solutions on the Sterling B2B platform. This individual will provide technical expertise for development and system administration of the platform including:Collaborates with Business and IT stakeholders for requirements gathering, design review, and solution developmentPerforms business process and custom map solutioning, design and developmentDevelops, implements, and supports product roadmap within the business unit including upgrades and/or migrationsDeployment of new code across Non-Prod and Production environmentsPerforms trading partner maintenance, including setting up MFT connections with internal and external clientsPerforms file routing setups for both new and existing routesThe individual will also work problem tickets and perform ongoing system maintenance as directed by manager. Must be able to work with global teams and within a matrixed organization. Excellent troubleshooting skills with transaction failures or transfer issues are required. Must take ownership and accountability with work product and drive to meet Service Level Agreement turnaround times with a focus on standardization, supportability and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have 10 to 14 years of experience and possess mandatory skills in IBMMQ on z/OS administration, iSeries/AS400 Administration, and z/OS network administration. This role involves overseeing complex projects, ensuring seamless integration of systems, and driving impactful outcomes for the company and society.

Required Qualifications:

6+ years of experience with Sterling Integrator in an application administration role with duties including:Production Monitoring and using various monitoring tools ¿ Performance optimizationRoot cause analysisAdvanced troubleshooting7+ years of experience with file transfer protocols such as SFTP, AS2 and Connect: Direct3 + years of Linux experience including Shell and Perl scripting3 + years of SQL experience3+ years of EDI experienceExperience supporting applications running on Linux

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience on various IBM MFT Products/Tools:IBM Sterling Secure ProxyIBM Sterling External Authentication ServerIBM Connect Direct ¿ RESTful APIsKnowledge on IBM MQ, IBM Transformation ExtenderKnowledge on Cloud technologies like Azure, DevOps methodologies, ContainersHealthcare or Insurance Industry experienceExperience using PragmaEdge Community Manager (PCM)
