On average, SpotDraft saves in-house legal counsels 10 hours per week and helps close deals 2x faster.

About The RoleSpotDraft is looking for an Account Director who is responsible for achieving revenue growth targets in the current customer base in North America. As part of our Enterprise Customer Success team working closely with the largest customers in the region. This includes the development of long-term relationships with customers as well as crafting strategic account plans. The Account Director will achieve this through software solution selling capabilities and direct, face-to-face contact with the customer. Responsibilities include building relationships at all levels with a focus on c-suite, and effectively navigating the customer's organization. You will guide and assist customers (along with the accounts Customer Success Manager) in achieving a successful start with SpotDraft and help them expand the value realized from our solution. Successful candidates will be high energy, data-minded, naturally inquisitive, and tech-savvy individuals with prior senior level sales experience.

Role & ResponsibilitiesApproach the business strategically and set a multi-year north star vision and strategy for your business grounded in value. Proactively identify and achieve path to sales plan.Be an innovative and resilient problem solver. Able to bring forward and take the lead on solving ambitious and sophisticated problems that allow SpotDraft to better serve our customers.Communicate with customers effectively and persuasively to uncover company-viable solutions from their view.Build strong executive relationships across multiple fields (CLO, General Counsels, CFO, Head of Sales/Revenue).Identify and gain alignment from customers on compelling business issues to be addressed.Demonstrate industry expertise, thought leadership, grasp of the macro-economic environment and be a trusted advisor.Build strong account plans at the beginning of the year and lead regular account planning meetings to keep team aligned.Gain an in-depth understanding of the Product - its various features and the rationale behind how things are built out.Effectively prospect, qualify, develop, and close upsell & cross-sell opportunities to grow SpotDraft’s share of wallet in a set of strategic accounts.Work closely with cross functional teams viz. Customer Success, Legal Tech, Product Management to ensure seamless customer experience.Be the voice of SpotDraft’s strategic customers, sharing customer-driven insights across SpotDraft, including product, engineering, business development, and legal.

Qualifications & Skills:4+ years of enterprise sales experience at a SaaS company.Experience of consistently exceeding quota of $400,000 and more, with proven success in accurately forecasting targets, and achieving sales commits.Experience of managing large accounts in the US and relationships with C-suite representatives and key decision makers.Excellent presentation, organizational, and communication skills (both written and verbal).Team-first mentality & growth mindset are a must.Validated Sales Excellence and creative, problem-solving approach.Domain knowledge and experience of working in the legal-tech ecosystem is preferred.
