Rockbridge is seeking a dynamic individual to fill our opening for a Hybrid Office/Telehealth Mental Health Therapist.
Offering up to a $15,000 hiring incentive!
Purpose:
The mental health professional will provide effective counseling skills that facilitate client growth in ways that support their goals and interests, promote client’s welfare and demonstrate valuing and respect for client’s diversity and cultural contexts.
A fully licensed Mental Health Professional with LMFT, LICSW, LP, or LPCC licensure.Requirements to be a candidate for one of these positions include:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to practice competently and ethicallyAbility to provide psychological services in diverse clinical settingsMotivation to continue their own personal and professional growthAbility to interact and communicate effectively with other providers and support staffAwareness of their own strengths and limitations and the impact those strengths on client careSensitivity to individual differences and to the possible effects of multicultural issuesAbility to maintain a flexible scheduleAbility and willingness to promote and Rockbridge Vision and MissionExperience working with children preferredResponsibilities:
Provide individual therapy in an outpatient setting, may include family and couple’s therapyMaintain confidentiality of client’s protected health information at all timesProvide regular updates by phone or email to key stakeholders in each caseParticipate in individual and group supervision a minimum of 60 minutes per weekParticipate in monthly staff meeting and follow all RockBridge policies and proceduresMaintain clinical records in compliance with RockBridge policies and procedures, insurance carriers, Minnesota and Federal law and relevant ethical boards policies and regulatory standardsProvide other functions as required or assigned for effective operations of the clinicQualifications:
Fully licensed by a state of Minnesota licensing board. LMFT, LICSW, LP, or LPCC
