Job SummaryThe Business Intelligence & Sales Operations Analyst is a strategic member of our data intelligence team under the direction of the Sales Operations Manager. The Analyst is responsible for Data and Business Intelligence, providing pipeline, sales and revenue analytics, operational metrics for reporting, and business tracking in accordance with the business plan and strategy. You will be the number one person to provide qualitative data models and analytical insights to our Sales & Ops Team. You will be part of a strong and fun BI Team and work closely with the Sales Operations Teams supporting the US market and making sure the business keeps growing by providing data solutions on critical issues and developing new insights to optimize our business. This leadership role will also ensure collaboration with outside departments within the organization is taking place on a regular basis to ensure that companywide goals and objectives are met. This position also actively aligns with commercial teams to ensure services and product roadmaps match with targets and budget.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesTrain Commercial Team to understand data and results.Develop, prepare, and analyze Funnel, Sales, and Revenue reports, Dynamics Dashboards, and Sales performance metrics / KPIs for BU heads and commercial teams.Fast track automatization and online reporting vs. weekly/monthly results.Design KPIs to explain performance per business units and account executives.Proactively lead Dynamics Project for Top Management based on actual data for forecasting.Improve benchmarking and propose opportunities for better solutions.Drive sales operational performance through KPI metrics and present business performance reports for the executive team.Evangelize sales operations success stories and sales operation systems and processes.Full end-to-end responsibility for analytics from sales funnel reviews to on-going support for the sales teams, and business growth.Partner closely with our Sales, Finance, Engineering, Marketing, Legal and Product leadership when engaging with our sales teams to foster a sense of collaboration among the business units to support and track defined sales metrics, success criteria and leverage our product portfolio with new ideas towards a sales opportunity when conducting sales funnel reviews with our sales force.Drive customer advocacy and influence internal stakeholders by promoting a customer-centric mindset throughout the company.Collaborate across teams to identify and pursue customer growth opportunities.Coordinate with leadership from Sorenson Relay and Caption Call teams (Sales/Outreach, Marketing, Professional Development, Engineering, IT, Product Management, QA, Finance, VRS Operations, HR, etc) to ensure that the Sorenson portfolio of products for our customers has been fully presented, when conducting sales funnel reviews.Provide recommendations and operational insight on existing and new processes.Boost Data Literacy across our Sales and Operations teams to drive self-service BI.Tell stories with data by creating intelligent and informative dashboards.Analyze/maintain organizations KPIs pertaining to specific projects.Create custom data models and advanced analysis on the KPIs to drive key decisions.Communicate and meet with stakeholders to define technical solutions and their business impact.Respond cooperatively and participate in ad hoc projects.Other duties as assigned.Supervisory ResponsibilityThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.Travel RequirementsTravel Requirements: Less than 25%EducationMinimum:

Fluency in American Sign LanguageExperience:2 Related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in several of the administrative, management, and ASL areas at the highest level of a corporation.2 Project Management, Business Intelligence or Data Analytics, and Data Modeling.Knowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesExperience in high-growth SaaS environments.Experience with BI tools (Dynamics, Tableau, Snowflake, Salesforce, etc.).Ability to consider both tactical detail and the big picture; you execute, learn, and teach.Strong analytical skills with proven experience in leveraging data for commercial advantage.Self-driven with the ability to manage projects autonomously and choose the desirable tech stack.Previous experience working closely with Sales & Operations is a plus.Have extensive go-to-market knowledge and well-developed process management skills, including experience with CRM and engagement tools.Flexible and productive collaborator with a willingness to experiment and drive cross-functional initiatives.
