For more information, click here .Role reports to: Head of Commercial Wound CareLocation: Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025 .Travel %: 10%Pay: $97,000 - $166,750What you will doThe US Wound Care Brand Manager is responsible for the planning, development, execution of the U.S. Decorated business and Wound Care commercial innovation.This role provides talent with the opportunity to expand leadership, brand management, consumer insight, analytical, and forecasting skills while shaping and leading key Wound Care projects.Examples of core responsibilities include:Lead commercial innovation in close partnership with Global partnersHelp shape and execute BAND-AID Brand innovation strategyUncover and provide latest US consumer insights and need gaps relevant to the US Wound Care category. Sharing with the Global WC BDT to ensure pipeline meets the needs of US consumer & retailers.Partner with Global team to deliver U.S. strategies and Innovation Pipeline Sufficiency for the Wound Care SquadExecute Global Wound Care Innovation Strategy in US with best in class launch support and retailer partnership.Own US innovation forecasting, artwork and labelling responsibilities.Lead US Wound Care Strategic Portfolio Management, sharing best in class examples with Global WC BDT.Co-own the U.S. Decorated business with the Associate Brand Manager, inclusive of the U.S. Licensed & Unlicensed strategy, base business, and future pipeline, including item demand forecasting, MG tracking, inventory management, managing agency partnership, and closely collaborating with licensorsOwn P&L for Decorated business, commercial innovation, and BABFA businessesAct as a key member of the US Wound Care Leadership teamPlan and direct performance of one direct report (and two contractors), motivate employees, assist in goal setting, provide development opportunities, and performance feedback, address issues, and resolve problemsEnsure quality and compliance among all employees through timely GMP training, strict compliance with procedures, exercising the highest integrity, timely reporting deviations noted in the workplace, and embracing employee involvement and commitment in doing the right job the first timeEnsure employees under his/her/their scope of responsibility are trained in required procedures for the execution of their role and maintain current with training requirements during the yearPromote an environment of employee inclusion in the workplaceWhat we are looking forRequired QualificationsA minimum of 8 years of work experience.A minimum of 6 years progressive experience executing successful brand strategies, innovation, operations, an/or a related field.Experience in executing in a similar integrated brand leadership role within a consumer-packaged goods organization, preferably with a breadth of functional and/or industry experience.Experience working in a global capacity & collaborating with regional teams. Evidence of leading & growing a large global brand with meaningful sales outside of US. Strong track record of success working with local markets.Evidence of having worked in a complex/multi-factorial environment making the complex simple.Experience in working with global E2E cross functional teams.Demonstrated business and cultural understanding of the local markets/regions we anticipate will fuel growth experience working with and managing global teams.Demonstrated experience managing E2E innovation processes and global pipeline development (including creation of breakthrough and/or disruptive innovation) resulting in sustained global brand growth.Experience working with R&D, Market Research, Communications Agencies, Finance, Sales and Project Management is required.Desired QualificationsProven experience in managing the complexity of working across numerous time zones, influencing senior level stakeholders, and managing & inspiring team members across various levels who are not direct reports is preferred.Experience working with Legal, Regulatory, and global partners is preferred.What's in it for youAnnual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $97,000 to $166,750.
