Develop technical knowledge with Datadog Synthetic and Real User MonitoringFor Synthetic and Real User Monitoring, investigate customer escalations, lead technical calls with clients, and handle high priority issuesBuild out documentation and knowledge base articles for a variety of technologies in your product areaRun office hours and lead learning sessions for the Solutions teamPrepare the worldwide Solutions team for new products and features, ensuring the technical proficiency of the teamPartner with Engineering and Product to identify areas of improvement to better serve our customersWho You Are:

Self-motivated, detail-attentive, and have a desire for continuous learningA critical thinker who defaults to a client-centric approachA tinkerer with previous technical experience and a basic knowledge of LinuxA master at one thing: tell us all about itExperienced as a customer-facing Support or Solutions Engineer, and comfortable working on difficult customer issuesAble to pick up new skills quickly and come up with creative solutions to complex problemsExperienced in multi-channel technical support at a SaaS company (2+ years of related experience)Datadog values people from all walks of life.
