Position Summary:

The Miami Marlins seek highly motivated, coachable, and professional individuals who have a passion for helping others. The Ticket Systems Coordinator role focuses on Marlin's game day ticketing systems.

Essential Functions:Assist with ticket systems for baseball, concerts and all non-baseball events.Assist with the renewal process for season tickets including inventory management and distribution of all-season ticket plans.Assist with the building of single game tickets including online offers, group offers, and third party offers.Assist with processing sales ordersWork closely with all Marlins departments including ticket sales, marketing, corporate sales, guest services regarding ticketing and access controlMaintain all events on the ProVenue ticketing system as assigned.Maintaining a working knowledge of league and industry ticketing trends and technologies.Trouble-shoot Access Control.Ability to work in a team environmentAbility to properly prioritize tasks and to communicateGame Day and Event Duties

Responsible for working pre and postgame events at loanDepot parkServe as the first line of escalated customer service challenges and complaints, makes decisions, and further escalate situations as neededWork closely with ballpark operations and guest services staff to ensure great customer experiencesQualifications & Requirements:

Strong organizational, time-management, excellent oral and written communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to headlines.Individuals must be coachable and possess a positive attitudeProficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, experience with Tickets.com, MLB Ballpark app and Pro-venue a plusAbility to maintain a flexible work schedule (holidays, evenings, weekends) as this role requires attendance to all events at loanDepot park as scheduled, baseball or non-baseball relatedIndividuals must be comfortable making face-to-face sales presentationsDeliver exemplary customer serviceBilingual (English/Spanish) required
