JST is currently seeking an Oracle HCM Subject Matter Expert with a technical background in Human Capital Management.

Oracle HCM SME Responsibilities Responsible to prepare informational artifacts, and provide briefings & communications related to Oracle HCM Cloud configuration, implementation and deployment to varied audiences (peer technical staff, business customers, and senior client leadership) Design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements Resolve highly complex techno-functional problems in Core HR, Talent Management and Oracle Learning Cloud The key skills used daily are - high level of techno-functional skills, HCM product knowledge, problem solving skills, and customer interaction/service expertise Oracle HCM SME Qualifications
10+ years Oracle Fusion/HCM Cloud Applications experience Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Preferred field of study in Computer Science or equivalent Familiar or Knowledge of the Oracle Fusion HCM Application Modules - Global HR, Talent Management and Oracle Learning Cloud Strong understanding of E-Business Suites, particularly in Human Capital Management Strong database skills and proficiency with SQL Experience with HCM Cloud fast formulas, HCM Extracts, Journeys, Extensible and Descriptive Flexfields related to Core HR and/or Talent Profile Experience with data conversion tools such as HCM Data Loader (HDL) or HCM Spreadsheet Loader (HSDL) related to Core HR and/or Talent Profile Ability to develop and maintain HCM Extract interfaces between Oracle Fusion and third-party systems using HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher related to Core HR and/or Talent Profile Experience in developing build data models and write custom reports in BI Publisher Experience is building BI Analyses using Subject Areas in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) Prior working experience in providing Technical Customer Support in Oracle HCM Good understanding of Fusion Security Users/Roles Architecture in Security Console Excellent Analytical Skills with a proven approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques Required Clearances and Screenings
