Oracle HCM SME ResponsibilitiesResponsible to prepare informational artifacts, and provide briefings & communications related to Oracle HCM Cloud configuration, implementation and deployment to varied audiences (peer technical staff, business customers, and senior client leadership)Design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirementsResolve highly complex techno-functional problems in Core HR, Talent Management and Oracle Learning CloudThe key skills used daily are - high level of techno-functional skills, HCM product knowledge, problem solving skills, and customer interaction/service expertiseOracle HCM SME Qualifications
10+ years Oracle Fusion/HCM Cloud Applications experienceBachelor's Degree is preferred. Preferred field of study in Computer Science or equivalentFamiliar or Knowledge of the Oracle Fusion HCM Application Modules - Global HR, Talent Management and Oracle Learning CloudStrong understanding of E-Business Suites, particularly in Human Capital ManagementStrong database skills and proficiency with SQLExperience with HCM Cloud fast formulas, HCM Extracts, Journeys, Extensible and Descriptive Flexfields related to Core HR and/or Talent ProfileExperience with data conversion tools such as HCM Data Loader (HDL) or HCM Spreadsheet Loader (HSDL) related to Core HR and/or Talent ProfileAbility to develop and maintain HCM Extract interfaces between Oracle Fusion and third-party systems using HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher related to Core HR and/or Talent ProfileExperience in developing build data models and write custom reports in BI PublisherExperience is building BI Analyses using Subject Areas in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)Prior working experience in providing Technical Customer Support in Oracle HCMGood understanding of Fusion Security Users/Roles Architecture in Security ConsoleExcellent Analytical Skills with a proven approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving techniquesRequired Clearances and Screenings
