POSITION SUMMARY

Data Entry operators perfrom entry-level and routine data entry verification tasks and related clerical duties. This includes validation of legal documents according to client criteria into our titel tracking system

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*

• Ensure documents are matched to correct account

• Ensure specific data on documents match account data

• Key data accurately from document

• Comprehend instructions and apply them

• Work independently in queue-based program

• Zap documents to Iron Mountain for retention

• Meet production standards

BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE)

• High school diploma or equivalency

• Previous keying experience necessary (must pass entry test)

• Ability to enter data quickly and accurately using a standard computer keyboard

• Requires minimal supervision

MINIMUM JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to pass applicable pre-screening/data entry test

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos

• Successfully demonstrate competency in quality and quantity

• Must have good computer skills

• Must have good written and verbal English language skills to provide written response to clients

• Must be willing to work in a team environment

• Must be able to multi-task

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to meet deadlines

• Ability to perform under minimal supervision
