In this position, you will be responsible for successful delivery of key projects and initiatives in the billing systems area in finance and corporate technology portfolio and will take end to end ownership and responsibility for making it happen. This role requires a love of learning and problem solving, and the ability to guide a team towards implementing architectures and solutions.As SAP BRIM Architect, Billing and Mediation, your duties and responsibilities will include:Business requirements and functional requirements analysis of billing functions and mapping them to SAP BRIM based platform implementationSolution architecture and design of billing and mediation functions to be implemented on SAP BRIM platformDrive delivery of billing systems implementation, delivery and support using SAP BRIM platformDriving solution design and implementation for key BRIM modules for billing functions in Subscription Order Management (SOM), Convergent Invoicing (CI), Convergent Charging (CC), FICA modules and Convergent Mediation (CM) based mediation functions, payments processing and GL accountingDriving Solution design and implementation for API based interfaces into BRIM platform from external modules in enterprise ecosystemArchitecture, design, implementation and support of bill cycle runs, variance and usage analysis, billing operations related functions based on BRIM platformImplement new products and bundles in SAP BRIM platform-based billing systemDrive migration of legacy products and bundles and the billing data and systems from legacy source systems to SAP BRIM based billing platformTechnical delivery managementCoordinate and drive the delivery across IT and business partners in a multi-vendor environment through the SDLC - requirements, architecture, design, development, testing, deployment and supportHands on involvement as needed in all areas of SDLC - troubleshooting, debugging, verification and testing, production monitoring and performance analysisGenerate reports and analytics to support business and IT requirementsTrack and manage IT KPIs and OKRs; leverage the larger delivery ecosystem to drive target achievementGenerating reports and metrics for IT and business reviews, preparing updates for executive leadershipEngage with IT, business and delivery vendors to set up the overall delivery structure, product owner, dcrum teams and drive the backlog creation and delivery managementDrive and implement the good practices in Industry on delivery, documentation, validation, signoff procedures and artifacts working closely with the ecosystem consisting of IT and Business and Delivery VendorsWork closely with senior management, analyzing long-term business goals and suggesting ways the organization might achieve these goals with technologyInfluence, negotiate, build consensus, and align with peer engineering, product, business teams and vendor partners on solutioning and implementationProvide industry knowledge, experience, and best practices to help the team stay ahead of the curve in keeping our technology stack cutting edgeQualifications

WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering and related disciplines with at least 8 years of hands-on industry experienceHands-on expertise in driving large enterprise projects and programs end to end including requirements, architecture, design, development, deployment and support of enterprise systems and applications in a highly scalable and high performing environment involving mobile, web, server and databases in cloud ecosystemHands-on experience in implementing billing systems based on SAP BRIM platformExperience in billing migration projects involving SAP BRIMHands-on experience in configuration and implementation of billing functions across key BRIM modules - Subscription Order Management (SOM), Convergent Invoicing (CI), Convergent Charging (CC), FICA modules and Convergent Mediation (CM) based mediation functions, payments processing and GL AccountingExperience in telecom and billing and mediation systems - design, architecture and deliveryExperience building queries in SQL, delivery management of high performance scalable database environmentExperience in managing and driving software systems delivery end to end through the SDLC - requirements, architecture, design, development, testing, deploymentExperience in Jira and SharepointExperience in Office 360 Suite - Excel, Visio and PowerpointExperience in full stack development - web, server, databases in cloud environmentsProven experience driving delivery in a multi vendor, multi organizational environment across IT and Business, multiple time zonesGood communication skills, ability to thrive in a dynamic fast paced environment#LI-SS1Additional Information
