Work with Laboratory Scientists and Digital Solution Owner to gather user and functional requirementsWork with Development and Testing team to explain the user and functional requirementsMUST have LIMS experience and a good understanding of laboratory workflows.Preferably LabVantage LIMS experienceAble to capture both User Requirements and cross over to functional requirements and should understand what is and is not possible with LabVantage LIMS.Understands and able to write User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.Must challenge users with thoughtful business process questions and follow-ups.Must write requirements that are logical, consistently phrased and formatted, and testableMust have excellent verbal and written communication skills
